There are many sites where you can download a Tube from, (Please read
the sites terms and conditions for use of their tubes, but most allow
free downloads for personal use without permission)
But beware lol, looking for tubes can be very addictive.
INSTALLING
FILES USING THE XP EXTRACTOR
If you are not
using the XP Extractor
there are a
few programs you can use to unzip your files. I use WINZIP you can
download it
here.
when it comes to
the screen for selecting which way you want the program to open I
suggest you select the option of
WinZip Classic
Once you have
it installed follow the tutorial below to unzip your file.
The 1st thing we
are going to do is make a Folder to store your tubes in
Go to START

DOCUMENTS -
MY DOCUMENTS
I like to view my
folders as thumbnails, to do this go to
VIEW - THUMBNAILS

And then FILE -
NEW - FOLDER

Click on "
Folder"
A folder will appear in your
Documents,

you need to name the folder My
TUBES by typing
it in the small box below the folder, it should already be
highlighted, so don't click in it, just start typing the name......

You have now just created a new
folder to download Tubes into

When you
enter a Tube Site you will usually find the Tubes displayed like
this

Tubes from Outlaw
By Design
HERE
Click the tube
you want to download and this box will open

Select OPEN
This screen will
open

Highlight the
tube and select EXTRACT
(if you have more
than one tube in there, select ACTIONS - SELECT ALL)
Find your
Documents Folder as shown below
Click My
Documents,

it will now open to show all the
folders you have in there,

Scroll to find the My Tubes folder
you made, and click it open.
Now select EXTRACT.
You can now close the Winzip
window.
Go to START

DOCUMENTS - MY DOCUMENTS
Find your Tube folder, you will see
your tube is now in there.

Open Paintshop Pro
Go to FILE - BROWSE (To BROWSE in PSP X see
HERE)

Click on it and find MY DOCUMENTS

Scroll to find your tube
folder and click on it to open, the tubes you have downloaded will
now be in that folder

Click on
the tube you wish to use and it will open in your PSP.
It may look
rather large at this stage but you can resize it when you wish to use
it.
We download Tubes
in this way so we don't overload the PSP Tube Folder.
If you wish to
put a tube in the PSP Tube Folder, (I only put in Tubes I may want to
use often, and Tubes like Sparkles which are easier to resize using the
Tube Tool)
open it in
PSP and go to
FILE - EXPORT -
EXPORT PICTURE TUBE

This box will open

Give your File a name, and if there is only one image,
click ok. Your tube will now be in your Directory.

Sometimes tubes are downloaded in batches, if
for example there are 3 images across and 3 down, then enter this in the
boxes were it says Cell Arrangements.
