If you have recently downloaded Paint Shop Pro and joined a
Group,
you can't fail to have missed all the talk about
TUBES
Basically a tube is a transparent graphic, but a graphic you can use in many ways.
You will wonder how you ever lived without them lol.
Right, lets go have a play.
Open PSP.
Go to FILE and then NEW, click OK.
Click on the Tube Tool Icon

Select TOOL OPTIONS
from the Menu Bar
You should now have this

Click on the picture, and your Tube File opens,

Click on the Tube you want and it will appear in the box.
You will learn what size you need as you play about.
Now click in your NEW box, ( the one you opened at the beginning)
There is your Tube, keep clicking and it will appear time
and time again. If you find it is in the wrong place, just click UNDO
and try
again.
As you can see the Tube is too big for this box

If you want it full size, you will have to go back and make a bigger
box.
If this is the size box you want, then go to SCALE

and make your image smaller. Scale it down even more and you can even do
this,

There is much more you can do with TUBES. This is
just a basic tutorial to explain what a tube is. Now look at the
DOWNLOAD A TUBE
tutorial.
Just one note, when saving your finished graphic and you want to keep it
transparent, go to COPY
on the taskbar at the top and then open
ANIMATION SHOP by going to
FILE - JASC
SOFTWARE PRODUCTS - LAUNCH ANIMATION SHOP
once Animation
Shop opens go to PASTE AS A NEW ANIMATION

Your image should
now be open in Animation Shop
Go to FILE
- SAVE AS
Select as shown
